Transportation

For your convenience, we are pleased to announce that a bus service will be available for those who choose not to rent a vehicle during our Round-Up event. This service will transport you from the hotel to the Friday Night event and the Tailgate on Sunday. The bus can accommodate up to 56 passengers, and seats will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that we have more than 56 individuals requiring local transportation, we will explore the possibility of arranging a second bus or mini-bus to meet the demand. The cost for Bus Transportation is $85.00 for Star Status Cowboys Connection Members and $90.00 for non-members. This fee covers all your transportation requirements as previously mentioned. We look forward to providing you with a comfortable and hassle-free transportation option during this event, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.

When it comes to payments, we offer you various convenient options for settling your account. You have the flexibility to make your payment using CashApp ($StarStatusMecca), Zelle (zelle@starstatusdallas.com), or Credit Card. However, it's important to note that there is a 3%+ 30 cents Convenience Fee associated with all Credit Card Transactions. Should you choose to pay with a credit card, rest assured that an invoice will promptly be sent to you for your convenience. Following receipt of the invoice, you can easily settle your payment using your credit card. .If you find it more suitable, we also provide a payment plan option. To start, we require an initial payment of 25% of your balance, and you have until Friday, October 3, 2025, to fulfill your payment. Any payments made within this timeframe will be duly credited to your account balance. As you proceed with your payment, kindly ensure you include the word "Round-Up", your First and Last Name, and Chapter.
